Visiting
the Lewis Library
Lewis Library is located between the Research
Building and the Patient Care Center on the campus
of the University of North Texas Health Science Center at
Fort Worth. The main entrance to Lewis Library is on the
west side of the building, i.e., the side away from
downtown Ft. Worth. Please use the directions below as a guide
to finding our facility and do not hesitate to call us

Directions
Parking
- View our printable
campus map or use the interactive
campus map as a guide to buildings and activities.
- Unless otherwise directed, you
will park in Lot A, the administration and visitor lot.
Check in at the information booth at the entrance, where the attendant will issue a visitor pass.
- Visitors who will be on campus longer than two hours
may be directed to park elsewhere.
- For brief visits, 15-minute parking is available in front of the library off of Montgomery Street.
- Automobiles must be parked forward in the parking spaces.
It is illegal to back into a parking space.
- General
Parking regulations are strictly enforced.
- Street parking in the campus area is limited. Please
be sure that you do not park in a No Parking zone. Fort
Worth police patrol the streets and any tickets issued will
be your responsibility.
Disabled Parking
- Parking spaces designated as Reserve Parking are provided
for disabled persons or those transporting the disabled
and are marked with the international symbol of access.
- Valid, state-issued disabled parking placard and license plate are required; these must be properly
displayed.
