Next Generation Health Sciences Library Task Force

The Next Generation Health Sciences Library Task Force met over a period of months in 2003 and 2004 to chart a future course for the Gibson D. Lewis Library.  This 28-member group consisted of UNTHSC faculty, staff, and students, as well as representatives from the local community.  Facilitation, research, and guidance for the project were provided by Lou Wetherbee and Associates, LLC.

Since the final report of the Task Force was issued in May 2004, progress has been made on a number of its recommendations; others still await funding.  The report continues to serve as a valuable blueprint for Lewis Library's growth and development.
