  • Databases A-Z
    List of databases that provide access to journal literature at the article level. This list also includes union catalogs, such as WorldCat and Library of Texas. Most databases are restricted to UNTHSC students, faculty, and staff.
  • Journal Finder
    Search for electronic and print journals by journal title or ISSN, or browse by title or subject. If you have a PubMed ID number (PMID) or a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), you can search for a specific article.
  • PubMed Citation Matcher
    Use this tool to look up an article in PubMed, then check for the availability of full text in Lewis Library's collections.  
  • Research by Subject
    A collection of research guides for subjects commonly researched at UNTHSC. These are created and maintained by UNTHSC librarians with the help of faculty members.
  • Request a Copy
    If you have a citation for an article, you can request an electronic or print copy from Lewis Library. Depending on availability and your patron group, a fee may be charged. See Document Delivery for more information.
