Problems with Online Access
Current UNTHSC students, faculty members, and staff members can access Lewis Library's resources from off-campus locations and using other networks. Normally, you will be prompted to log in with your UNTHSC network user name and password when you try to access a restricted resource. To avoid this, or to access other resources on the network, log in first using the free VPN software provided by the Helpdesk & Client Services Department.

| Can't log in to MDConsult or RefWorks | These require an individual account with a separate user name and password combination. Accounts are free, but must be created when you are on the UNTHSC network. If you need assistance, contact the Library Reference Office (LIB-222, 817-735-2070). |
