VH Dissector Platform

Overview: The VH Dissector Platform includes over 2,000 anatomical structures based on real anatomy from the National Library of Medicine’s Visible Human Project®. Users have the ability to interact with 3D views of each structure through identification, dissection, and assembly assisting in understanding the complexities of the human body.

Location of technology and hours accessible:

  - Collaborative Learning Commons, LIB-3rd floor
    (hours of operation)

  - The VH Dissector Platform is also installed on 16
    computers in the open space on
    LIB-2nd floor (accessible 24 hours).
