LibQUAL+ Survey

During April and May, 2007, Lewis Library conducted a LibQUAL+ survey of its patrons.  To date, this assessment tool has been used by more than 1,000 libraries in the U.S. and 16 other countries.  More than 450 UNTHSC students, faculty, and staff members participated in the survey, providing the Library faculty and staff with a wealth of data and comments. 

The survey instrument is designed to measure library performance in three areas: Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place.  Lewis Library's results were found to be similar to other health science libraries.
