Class Information

The PHIP curriculum consists of three classes on public health information resources and mobile technologies.  The classes will be held at six sites during May and June 2005. 

Individuals in counties within approximately 100 miles to the west and southwest of Fort Worth should be able to find a convenient site at which to attend the PHIP classes.

You may register for one or more classes with the online registration form (see below). 

All classes are free of charge.  Advance registration is required!

A registration confirmation email will be sent to you.  If you find that you will not be able to attend, please contact the PHIP trainers as soon as possible, so that we may offer your spot to another.
